ThrillSeeker Media Group, the company behind the ThrillSeeker VR channel, reported revenue of $77,400 for 2024, down about 78% from $347,292 in 2022. According to MIXED's account of its SEC filings, the company filed its 2023 and 2024 annual reports on October 2.
The reports fill in two missing years as the business moves from video production into VR software. They give readers a financial history for one VR company, with an important limit on any wider market reading. Management attributes the 2024 decline primarily to producing fewer videos.
The revenue history
MIXED reports these annual revenue figures:
| Year | Revenue |
|---|---|
| 2022 | $347,292 |
| 2023 | $160,979 |
| 2024 | $77,400 |
| 2025 | $93,141 |
The 2025 figure comes from a separate annual report filed on September 25. That year brought a smaller loss of $51,244, after losses of $64,377 in 2023 and $82,859 in 2024.
These Form C-AR reports are company disclosures following a crowdfunding raise. MIXED describes the accounts as unaudited. Its report also identifies a small discrepancy in the revenue comparison, with the 2024 narrative giving 2023 revenue as $160,978 rather than $160,979.
Software had yet to replace video revenue
Management linked the 2023 decline to reduced VR industry interest and funding. In 2024, it began moving toward VR software development. The software remained unpublished and had yet to earn revenue, according to the filings described by MIXED.
The company also ended a live VR events experiment after deciding its monetization offered insufficient long-term financial benefit. It cut costs, but losses continued. Year-end cash fell from $76,397 in 2024 to $19,892 in 2025. The reports list two employees and no short-term or long-term debt.
